Staying at the Best Western Jacksonville Inn for Easter was a delightful experience overall! The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy for exploring local eateries after a day of snapping photos. I loved the warm ambiance of the indoor pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day, plus the comfortable beds ensured I got a restful night's sleep. While the breakfast could use a bit more attention during busy hours—those kids really know how to descend on the food—I appreciated the fresh coffee and complimentary newspapers in the lobby, which added a nice touch of home. My only hiccup was a brief encounter with a rude staff member, but it didn't overshadow my overall enjoyment. I’d highly recommend this hotel to those looking for value, comfort, and a well-located base for their travels in Jacksonville.
